IT Project Manager in the Demand & Portfolio Management

The person will work in the Demand & Portfolio Management of the DigITal department, to support the management of DigITal portfolio, with the following major responsibilities:

– Responsible for projects / portfolio mgmt, ensuring demands and projects are properly tracked and updated

– Manage the assigned projects to deliver the results in terms of time, quality and budget

– Provide demands and projects status reporting

– Project quality assurance ensuring adherence to Marelli and DigITal standards

– Support the adoption of project management methodology

– Manage the overall DigITal portfolio

– Support DigITal and stakeholders in business case definition, tracking and knowledge sharing

– Act as cross coordinator among different DigITal and Business stakeholders

– Support prioritization and scoring models for the assessment of the requests

– Ensure project demands have enough information to aid the project assessment

– Support DigITal functions and Leadership in resource and capacity planning

Do you possess the following criteria?

- Fluent English, both written and spoken, is considered a key skill to working at the global level 

– 3/5 or more years of experience in a similar role

– degree on Engineering, Scientific disciplines or Economics or similar

– Mastering project and Portfolio management methodologies /From developing to deployment tools../

– Knowledge of ICT services

– ICT financials

– effective relationship

– transparency and accountability

– leadership, communication, and customer service skills
