IT Security Architect (A934)

• Design and develop IT security architecture to support business and technology initiatives
• Act as a security subject matter expert in projects, ensuring security requirements are addressed from the outset
• Review and assess security posture, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
• Support compliance with relevant security and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, FISMA)
• Analyze business processes from a security perspective, identifying risks and proposing solutions
• Participate in change management and project committees to integrate security into planning
• Contribute to security standards, guidelines, and policies
• Perform validation testing and security assessments during system development cycles
• Document security findings and recommend actionable solutions
• Stay current with emerging security technologies, standards, and best practices

• Proven experience in IT Security roles with a focus on architecture design and implementation
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, authentication, and risk management
• Familiarity with operating systems, software, and current IT security threats
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong relationships
• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Czech) are an advantage
