IT Support Specialist

IT is the biggest team in HQ. We are the catalyst of business. The business will grow as fast as we deliver functions. Our main goals are:

• To deliver new functionalities
• Support daily business operations
• Bring technologies into company (into whole group)

IT is an international department which has to work and support every branch in the Rohlík family with equal service level. We operate from Prague, but it is only a physical location, in the abstract view we are in every country with the same power.

What will you do

• Technical Support: Assist end-users with hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Incident Management: Log and track incidents and service requests.
• User Assistance: Set up and configure IT equipment for end-users.
• Installation: Install and maintain hardware and software.
• Training: Educate users on IT best practices and security protocols.
• Documentation: Maintain support documentation and user guides.
• Asset Management: Track and manage IT assets.
• Security: Ensure compliance with security policies.
• Collaboration: Work with IT team to resolve complex issues.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
• Experience: 4+ years in technical support or helpdesk role.
• Skills: hardware/software troubleshooting, network basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), remote desktop tools.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills both in English and Czech
• Customer Service: Strong service orientation.

• Windows/Mac OS, Android/iPhone
• InTune (MDM), Jira Servicedesk
• Google Workspace/Microsoft Office

Advantage if:

• familiar with any asset management tool
• familiar with any printing solution
• familiar with end-point security
• familiar with SSO + IAM - one of Octa, Google, ActiveDirectory

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move IT equipment.

Working Conditions:

• Office environment with standard hours; occasional after-hours work may be required.
