Junior Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client issues and objectives in diverse industries.
• Facilitate and conduct workshops utilizing design thinking and customer journey mapping to gather insights and define client challenges.
• Analyze and identify improvement opportunities within business domains and specific components, including applications.
• Develop strategic plans to implement initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
• Design target architectures and provide technology recommendations that support business objectives and digital transformation efforts.
• Engage directly with clients, presenting findings and recommendations in a clear and impactful manner.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in consulting, technology, or related fields.
• Prior experience in a Big 4 or similar consultancy firm is beneficial.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in workshop facilitation
• Basic understanding of digital technologies, and architecture principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
