  • Maintain detailed event documentation, ensuring contracts, schedules, and reports are organized and accurate.
  • Provide administrative support to the Events Manager as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of the events team.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as requested by the Workspace Operations Manager or Event Manager.
  • Support the Workspace Operations team by carrying out Workspace Operations duties when required, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the space alongside event delivery.

What experience should you have:

  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends, to support events and ensure seamless delivery. This is an office-based role working across two locations.
  • 2 years of experience in event management in a client-facing role ideal (we welcome hospitality background).
  • This role involves being on your feet for extended periods and occasional manual handling related to event setup and breakdown.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of projects, with a track record of delivering successful events that meet or exceed client expectations.
