As a Junior PMO Analyst, you will join the Digital Team’s Demand & Portfolio Management, helping to oversee Digital projects and portfolios. This role serves as an operational backbone, contributing to timely, high-quality project outcomes within budget constraints.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Support the tracking and updating of Digital demands and projects.
  • Assist with status reporting of demands and projects.
  • Assist stakeholders in defining business cases, overseeing progress, and sharing knowledge.
  • Coordinate activities among various Digital and Business stakeholders.
  • Aid in prioritization and the evaluation of project requests.
  • Contribute to resource and capacity planning in collaboration with Digital functions and leadership.
  • Contribute to project quality assurance and adherence to MARELLI and Digital standards.
  • Facilitate the use of project management methodologies within the Digital team.
  • Participate in the management of the overall Digital project portfolio.
  • up to 10% of ad hoc travelling /depending on project needs/.

What experience should you have:

Do you possess the following criteria?

  • Language: Proficiency in English is required for global communication.
  • Experience: Entry-level or up to 2 years of experience in project support roles, preferably in ICT.
Skills/Competencies:
o Familiarity with the basics of project and portfolio management.
o Understanding of ICT services operations and delivery.
o Basics of financial management in an ICT context.

  • Attitude/Style:
o Ability to foster effective relationships.
o A commitment to transparency and accountability.
o Strong communication skills, eager to provide excellent customer service.
o Inclusivity, promoting diversity within the workplace.
o Motivated to produce results.
