Key Account Manager for the Trade or Project segment in the Czech Republic.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Our client is a market shaper and world leader in lighting. The company provides professional customers and consumers with quality, energy-efficient LED lighting. And their lights, when connected, bring data to devices, apps, and people – redefining what light can do and how you use it.

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager for the Trade or Project segment, based in the Czech Republic who’ll be responsible for building and fostering relationships with distribution partners and key decision-makers.

What you’ll do:
  • You’ll develop, maintain and improve relations with key accounts by maximizing sales opportunities through innovative lighting solutions
  • You’ll demonstrate an excellent financial understanding, understand the business drivers and identify commercial opportunities
  • You’ll drive for the highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding the customer's challenges and taking on a solution-based approach
  • You’ll create tailored smart lighting solutions that promote energy efficiency, safety, and sustainability
  • You’ll ensure professional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

What experience should you have:

  • Master’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Technology or related discipline
  • You have gained 5+ years of experience in a key account management role selling products/solutions in a B2B market in the Czech Republic
  • You have gained 3+ years of proven ability to achieve ambitious sales targets as well as understanding complex sales cycles at a strategic level
  • You demonstrate a very good technical understanding of connected systems and a result-driven and proactive approach
  • You demonstrate fluent Czech and English language skills (verbal and written)
