Lead Architect - AI Operations

This role serves as the senior technical expert responsible for the design and implementation of assigned technologies.

We are the software product house for Dev(Sec)Ops tools and solutions within our company, serving all of group companies. Our actively managed products and services support faster, more consistent, and secure IT development, while ensuring stable operations across the group.

We are currently seeking a Solution Architect for our AIOps Value Stream.

AIOps Value Stream Objective:

Our AIOps Value Stream aims to create platforms and tools that enable users and stakeholders of IT services to make data-driven decisions and achieve a high degree of automation. By leveraging a variety of technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and ITIL process data, AIOps focuses on developing tools that assist in IT operations. As a central hub for data analytics, we offer seamless integration of various data sources. In addition to supporting change management, we provide solutions for other ITIL fields such as Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Level Management. Our goal is to empower IT services with an efficient, data-driven platform that supports automation through AI.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Develop and design AIOps architecture aligned with organizational goals, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment of business, application, and infrastructure architecture with overarching guidelines and roadmaps (e.g., DevOps Domain).
  • Design and implement necessary initiatives and technical enablers to optimize the architecture.
  • Provide transparency on the Architecture Runway and drive key actions for development.
  • Act as Business Epics Owner for architectural measures and collaborate with architects across other domains.
  • Develop architectural concepts, considering business requirements and performing feasibility studies.
  • Harmonize and optimize the architecture and solution designs.
  • Design sustainable architectural visions based on holistic business needs.
  • Evaluate and select AI technologies, tools, and frameworks to build a robust AIOps infrastructure.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to AIOps, recommending relevant adoptions.
  • Lead the implementation of AIOps solutions, ensuring seamless integration into existing IT infrastructure.
  • Work closely with IT teams for smooth deployment and provide technical expertise during the implementation phase.
  • Design data pipelines for collecting, processing, and analyzing IT operations data.
  • Implement AI-driven analytics to provide actionable insights for proactive issue resolution and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into the AIOps architecture.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Manage projects related to AIOps.

  • Angular, Linux environment (Putty, Shell/Bash), VirtualEnv (Docker), GitLab, Jenkins
  • REST-based web services/APIs, web servers (Nginx, Apache)
  • Databases: ElasticSearch, Kibana, NoSQL (MongoDB, ArangoDB), Anaconda, MariaDB, PostgreSQL
  • Backend: JavaScript, JSON, NodeJS, Flask, Python, Ruby, Anaconda
  • DevOps: AWS, Lambda, S3
  • Data management: Prefect
  • NLP/ML: BERT, DBScan, Numpy, Jupyter Notebook, Hugging Face, GNN, NSP, NER, Facebook Prophet

What experience should you have:

  • Proven experience as an IT Architect with a focus on AIOps architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their applications in IT operations.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and scripting (e.g., Python, Java, PowerShell).
  • Experience with AIOps tools and platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
