You have a university degree with emphasis in Computer Science or Information Systems or other STEM field, which has provided you with a solid foundation of analytical thinking, problem solving and technological skills.
Expert in ServiceNow, especially ITSM (IT Service Management).
Good knowledge about ITOM (IT Operations Management) and CSM (Customer Service Management)
Expertise in Order Management for telecommunications, telecommunications service management, product inventory and data segregation.
Experience in TMF (Tele-Management Forum).
Operational experience with agile methods in software development (SAFe)
Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
Broad knowledge in the field of B2B solution business and E2E processes with a focus on the entire order to cash process.
Fluency in English, German is advantage.
