Besides that, we prepare our clients for the correct, fast, and effective adoption of AI so it helps them manage their business better and becomes an integral part of their processes and product. In addition to the Customer Value Growth team, we also have a team of AI architects, data scientists, and analysts. 

This role sits in the Customer Value Growth team. But on projects, both teams often collaborate.

Who are we looking for? A Lead Consultant. 

We are looking for someone who can deliver our clients’ business needs through innovative, AI-driven marketing thinking. You will work closely with Petr and the Customer Value Growth expert team. You will lead large projects using your marketing skills, client data, and AI models and tools. 

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • acting as a solutions architect for our clients, providing guidance and expertise on CRM strategy development and implementation
  • identifying and analyzing our client's requirements and priorities
  • co-creating campaign concepts that leverage data, personalization and multi-channel communication to increase efficiency and optimize the customer experience
  • collaborating on the design and implementation of technical integrations
  • training clients, inspiring them to think differently so that new tools and opportunities are used correctly
  • working with CRM platforms - Bloomreach Engagement (Exponea) and others that we implement for our clients.

What experience should you have:

Your expertise & experience includes 🎓

  • experience in a similar role including client consultations and ability to communicate with different levels of seniority
  • expertise in integrating and deploying CRM platforms through configuration, development and integrations with third parties
  • proficiency in marketing automation solutions
  • marketing experience in the online/digital world - CRM/CVM, emailing, PPC, social, etc.
  • previous experience with Bloomreach (Exponea) is a huge bonus
  • Czech & English at professional working level.
