Lead - on Road Management(m/w/d)

As an Lead– On Road Management at Knuspr, you will play a pivotal role in our last-mile delivery operations. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), ensuring that delivery operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to deliver groceries to customers on time and uphold Knuspr's commitment to quality and satisfaction.

The position is located in Bischofsheim near Mainz (industrial area) and is to be filled full-time.

Welche Erfahrung sollten Sie haben:

Your tasks:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily delivery operations, ensuring all orders are delivered on time and meet Knuspr's high-quality standards.
  • DSP Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for DSPs, building strong partnerships and resolving operational challenges proactively.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery rates, quality, customer feedback, and safety metrics.
  • Safety and Compliance: Enforce compliance with Knuspr's safety protocols and relevant transport regulations. Promote a strong safety culture.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coach a team of delivery associates, promoting productivity, accountability, and a positive working environment.

What we expect:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational/ logistics experience
  • 2+ years in logistics, transportation, or a similar role
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Analytical mindset with a strong command of data-driven decision making
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including saturdays
