Core qualifications of Legal Assistant

• University law subject student
• Fluency in Czech/Slovak language and English
• Very good communication skills
• Strong orientation on detail
• Knowledge of Czech legislation

What do we need from Legal Assistant

• Drafting documents such as contracts, shareholder decisions, or internal policies under the guidance of company lawyers
• Legal research
• Translation of documents
• Obtaining official documents, notarial certifications, apostilles etc.
