WHAT WILL YOU DO? (depending on the team and position)

The Central M365 team is actively seeking individuals for various roles, including:

• M365 Operations Manager for File Systems
• M365 Application & System Manager
• M365 Microsoft Teams Phone

Your responsibilities will involve ensuring operational consistency for service migrations from international to central M365 infrastructures, operating File Services in the M365 context (SharePoint Online, OneDrive), managing NetApp infrastructure/appliances, assessing international demands on M365 infrastructure, and operating MS Teams Enterprise Voice and Video systems.

• Have a deep understanding of OPS processes in M365 and workplace experience (Azure, Active Directory, myIT).
• Possess knowledge of NetApp infrastructure/appliances for the File Systems team.
• Demonstrate general Microsoft 365 know-how, especially in M365 operations, AAD, Exchange, SharePoint, and PowerShell.
• Bring experience with MS Teams Enterprise Voice and knowledge of NetApp infrastructure/appliances, SQL, Grafana, and VoIP (including PBX, SIP, PSTN/Operator Connect, Direct Routing).
• Communicate effectively in English within our virtual team.
• Ideally, you are a team player open to embracing new technologies.
• Proficiency in cloud-based technologies is advantage.
