Mandatory:
• Based in the Czech Republic or Germany
• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development (ideally in digital, SaaS, or related areas)
• Strong business understanding of Marketing Automation platforms
• Proven ability to identify, develop, and convert opportunities into active projects
• Ability to build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline in dedicated markets
• Strong commercial mindset
• Independence in uncovering client business goals and acting as a first-line consultant
• Good understanding of trends in digital experience, business, and e-commerce
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German and additional languages are a bonus)
Optional:
• Experience as Consultant in IT implementation projects
• Understanding the realities around solution development, licensing and overall constraints and applying them actively in deal definition
