Group Brand Tracking Management and Net Promoter Score studies
- Take responsibility for managing the Group Brand tracking study, including cooperation with external research agencies.
- Ensure the brand tracking study aligns with business objectives and provides meaningful insights.
- Analyze brand performance and identify areas for improvement based on tracking results.
Collaboration with Customer Experience Tribe
- Share insights with the Customer Experience Tribe to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Collaborate on conducting and evaluating research that enhances customer understanding and experience.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
Internal Research Execution
- Work closely with the CRM team to execute internal research projects.
- Collaborate on designing surveys and research initiatives to gather customer insights from internal data sources.
- Use findings from internal research to improve CRM strategies and customer engagement efforts.
Agency Collaboration & Ad-hoc Research
- Manage relationships with research agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery of studies.
- Oversee ad-hoc research projects, ensuring they align with strategic needs and offer valuable insights.
- Implement findings from external research to optimize marketing and business strategies.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Present research findings and actionable insights to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Develop reports and visualizations to communicate market trends, customer insights, and research outcomes.
- Utilize data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or Tableau, or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn these tools.
