Office Manager / Business Coordinator

We are looking for a flexible person who can work in a complex position. A communicative person who likes to collaborate. We are inviting you to join our international team, here you would coordinate the office and provide support to marketing, medical and commercial departments. 

Kokios bus jūsų pagrindinės pareigos:

Responsibilities: 

  • Communication, collaboration with sales, medical managers and other marketing coordinators across the Baltics;
  • Engaging with agencies to manage and coordinate development of marketing material;
  • Organising and controlling marketing services and projects, ensuring delivery of project outputs goes according to plan;
  • Local office management and related coordination tasks (audit, reporting support, car fleet management and etc.);
  • Assuring tasks are of correct quality and in accordance with written procedures and current legal requirements and internal standards.

Kokios patirties turėtumėte turėti:

Skills and experience:

  • Specialist knowledge in the office administrator/business support coordinator in the pharmacy industry or another relevant area;
  • Strong knowledge of English and Lithuanian languages;
  • Experience as a Sales and Marketing Assistant or of functional assistant work;
  • Excellent computer and relevant software skills, ability to use office equipment;
  • Customer Service skills;
  • Knowledge of coordinating external events (including sign-up, invitations, booking letters, etc.)
  • Ability to prioritise workload, to achieve personal and work unit targets.
