As an Operations Coordinator, you will take ownership of the daily team operations agenda for one of ACTUM’s divisions called Omega. You will be responsible for successfully delivering operations support to ensure the smooth daily operations of a business.
An Operations Coordinator at ACTUM Digital is a person that:
• provides overall support for the division leads and team members
• plays an integral part in the smooth run of the daily team operations including but not limited to:
o Finance – order creation and processing, invoicing, reporting
o People – ensuring support for team members
o Processes and Systems – ensuring correct process adherence and data quality management
o Ad-hoc Admin support – produce high-quality reports and analyses for various purposes, document preparation etc.
• communicates with multiple stakeholders across all seniority levels
• is responsible for planning and executing various types of events – team buildings, team meetings, movie nights, etc.
• participates in the onboarding process of team newcomers – support during first days, integration to the team, etc.
