• Supervise the whole Order fulfillment process of the whole Europe
• Leading team of 30 people (6 direct reports), regular meetings with the team, coaching of individuals, performance reviews, managing resources within the team and ensuring back-up structure is in place
• Ensure all incoming orders are processed properly/on-time, deliveries are scheduled according to customer requirements, pallets/Trucks are utilized, Revenue is recognized in line with company policy
• Secure that Work instructions are followed and there is knowledge over the processes inside the team
• Determine customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers and visiting operational environments
• Implement customer satisfaction index. As a result of it, improve performance, increase efficiency and satisfaction of customers
• Secure good communication within the team and with relevant stakeholders (Customers, Sales director, KAMs, Collection team)
• Securing review meetings with Sales organization and with Distribution centers
• SAP Key user for Sales distribution module
• Participate in Logistics or Cross-functional projects
