Partner Manager for IT Resellers - Greece

We are looking for a Partner Manager, who would acquire, develop and manage relationships with new reseller partners and drive sales and revenue in this segment. The ideal candidate should have experience in channel management, or indirect sales in the ICT / IT industry, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new IT / ICT partners (resellers) based on the assigned Target Account List
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with reseller partners
  • Providing consultancy and training focused on the legality of used software
  • Providing support and guidance to our reseller partners with customer enquiries: (e.g. preparation of quotations for customers; product, licensing and legal advice, technical and tender support, sales arguments and explanation of added values of used software)
  • Cooperating with colleagues from Product department to ensure reseller partner success
  • Daily work with internal CRM system
  • Attending events/conferences to build relationships with new partners and promote the company's products/services. 
  • Participating in internal trainings

What experience should you have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales (channel management or indirect sales in IT / ICT is a big advantage)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with building partner relationships
  • Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
  • Proactive and pro-client approach (does not wait for tasks from the supervisor, but comes up with ideas for improvement; not afraid to contact new customers)
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
  • Strongly self-motivativated and detail oriented individual
  • Interest in software and IT 
  • Languages:   Greek - native, English - At least B2 (regular communication with colleagues from different countries)
