Partner Operations Specialist

Our Partner is an international corporate food delivery company offering  support to multinational clients on all their catering needs in England. They deliver foods from the best restaurants and caterers in London to their business clients. 

They are looking for a proactive, motivated Partner Operations Specialist professional who would support the smooth food delivery process, build strong relationship with clients and assist in their needs during the daily operations. In this position you can use both your communication and analytical skills.

It is a perfect opportunity for you, if you want to work remotely from Hungary and want to use your English skills with UK Partners in a truly international environment. 

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with Partners (multinational companies, restaurants, couriers)  
  • Act as first point of contact in all matters related to orders and delivery
  • Customer Support: Respond to any customer complaints, ensure their catering requirements are met and exceeded
  • Understand customer needs and ensure they recieve the ordered products 
  • Monitor orders and delivery in UK market
  • Administrative tasks (update menu selection/photos/prices, create reports)
  • Create strategies to attract new Clients and ensure their successful implementation



What experience should you have:

  • University degree (Ba/Ma) - preferably in the field of Economics
  • At least 2-3 years of experience working in the field of Project Management/Business Development/Business Consultancy in B2B catering sector
  • Proficient in English, because you will be the primary point of contact for international partners 
  • MS Excel skills
  • Customer-oriented, self-starter personality and great problem-solving skills
