Partner Sales Director

This is a rare opportunity to join our core team heading towards becoming a “Unicorn start-up”. Partner Sales Manager is a critical role for, responsible for finding, qualifying, and closing of deals with partners who could benefit from selling our smart career pages solution.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Key partners that you will aim to acquire and take care of: ATS & HRIS suppliers, online marketing companies, recruitment consultants and interim managers, IT companies (such as Atos, Microsoft and Venture Capital funds).
  • You will be responsible for setting up and executing a worldwide strategy to grow partner sales revenue. You will closely co-operate with marketing (Jozef Belvončík and Zlata Žahourková) and founder / CEO (Milan Mahovský).
  • Your responsibility will be also to build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • For this role you must have in-depth knowledge of product lines and services and be able to understand how IT solutions can be tailored to meet partner and its customer needs.
  • Current focus is on Czech, Slovak and Singapore market, with future expansion globally.

What experience should you have:

  • Fluent in English, but you can be based anywhere in the world.
  • Ideally, you have experience from most of these areas:
  • Senior partner sales
  • International expansion
  • Recruitment process
  • Complex marketing acumen
  • Strategy & hands on skills
  • Knowledge of at least one of the potential partners segments (as listed above)
  • Understanding of SAAS (IT) products
