Payments Clerk with Greek language

What will be your key responsibilities:

As a Payments Clerk, You would be in charge of identification and assignment of received payments to the correct customer and to the correct open item and support with collection topics on a daily basis.

Main responsibilities:
  • Payment allocation
  • Manual Clearing of payments
  • Reporting activities
  • Support for collection topics (via ticketing tool and E-Mail)
  • Customer documentation management
  • Dunning action support
  • Customer service requests support (via ticketing tool without a hotline)

What experience should you have:

  • Interest in the development of knowledge in the field of finance
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan and organize work
  • Structured and independent work approach and analytical skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
