Payroll Controller with German

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • preparation and processing of payroll data for Swiss region
  • contribution to internal projects
  • centralization of payroll under the finance department, consolidation of external partners, integration of new system
  • quality control and contribution on audit - main point of contact for audit within payroll
  • setting up communication between payroll, HR and finance
  • supervision of payments to employees
  • first point of contact in case of any issues or possible problems
  • cooperation with accountants on reconciliations

What experience should you have:

  • minimum of 2 years of current experience from payroll for the Swiss region
  • knowledge of payroll compliance
  • fluent German and English
  • perfect knowledge of Swiss local payroll requirements
  • communicative person able to set up internal processes and communication
  • experience with payroll transition is a big plus
