People Analytics Manager

The HR digitalization journey for Atlas Copco Group started years back. We have since implemented SAP Success factors and Cornerstone as our key global HR solutions, supporting most of our People processes. We continually work to improve overall employee experience and process automation.
We are now ready to take the next step in our transformation journey, introducing more data driven people strategies moving from reporting to analytics across our key people processes. As our new People Analysis Manager, you would be in the driver seat of this transition.

The People Analytics Manager will be leading and driving our people analytics solutions and roadmap to help drive business growth and mitigate workforce related risks on a global scale.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • collecting and analyzing business requirements tied to People reporting and analytics
  • developing dashboards and reports via BI tools to track, monitor and provide people insights
  • initiating and driving both short and longer-term people analytics projects using agile ways of
working
  • providing training to our HR community
  • facilitating our HRs to utilize people analytics outcomes
  • facilitating the change management journey of our HR community in this new way of working with
data
  • collaborating across the organization and closely partnering up with senior leadership, HR
Business Partners, business leaders and/or other functional colleagues

What experience should you have:

  • proficient in English, both spoken and written - this is a global position, so FLUENT ENGLISH (C1) IS NECESSARY
  • proactive team player with strong communication and networking skills
  • collaborative, open-minded with a global mindset, and curious to understand and learn new perspectives
  • willing to get involved in a variety of tasks ranging from high level strategic to more detailed and routine
  • minimum a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Sciences, Finance, Human Resources or similar education
  • +3 years experiences in the broader field of business analytics or people analytics
  • experience from developing reports and dashboards with modern BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • knowledge of business ERP solutions and its data structure, experience with SAP Success factors is a plus
  • knowledge of programming languages is a plus
