People & Culture Manager

People & Culture Manager is accountable for partnering with the leaders to set and execute an end-to-end people strategy that will drive the function’s talent output, evolve leadership and culture, achieve high engagement, productivity and enable the development of the necessary organizational capabilities.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Drives Change Management behind key organization, re-structure and other people change initiatives
  • Drives productivity improvement initiatives in line with Business Unit and functional priorities
  • Performs Workforce Planning with leaders and builds long term plans behind organizational structures design, roles evolution, culture, capabilities, and talent needs
  • Regularly reviews Headcount and People Cost planning with leaders and HR, with continuous improvement actions
  • Supports in progressing behind building critical organizational capabilities via relevant functional plans development
  • Partners with L&C to secure the right Managers upskilling interventions are executed for building capabilities and enabling Managers to drive the People Agenda

What experience should you have:

  • You have at least 5 years experience on position HR Business Partner in FMCG/Retail
  • You understand the cost of missed opportunities, you can allocate resources to develop talents in the company
  • You are fluent in Czech or Slovak language and in English
  • You have business-oriented mind and strategic thinking
  • You are ready to take care of large projects in a corporate environment
