PEOPLE & CULTURE MANAGER

Our client – DOVISTA – is a group of leading brands on the European market for vertical windows and external doors. At present, the Group consists of 14 brands and employs more than 7500 professionals who manufacture and market doors and windows to the European market and customers.

DOVISTA UAB has been located in the Marijampole FEZ for over seven years, with nearly 360 employees currently working there.

We are currently hiring: People & Culture Manager!


What will be your key responsibilities:

Position Purpose:

The P&C Manager leads HR functions at the plant level, focusing on employee engagement  positive organizational culture, creating open and respectful atmosphere, talent acquisition, learning and development & payroll. A key member of the local and regional leadership teams, this role ensures alignment between people strategies, company culture, and organizational objectives during transformation.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Align local HR strategy with company goals and safety priorities. Act as a strategic advisor to management. Manage internal communication to ensure timely and accurate information sharing.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of five, coaching managers on people development.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, succession planning, and employee retention initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement: Enhance workplace culture and employer branding.
  • Learning & Development: Develop programs supporting continuous learning and career growth.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Optimize payroll and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Compliance & Efficiency: Ensure labor law compliance and optimize P&C processes.
  • Change Management: Drive P&C transformation and organizational improvement projects.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with leaders, manage employees, and contribute to regional initiatives.

What experience should you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR function gained in international manufacturing environment.
  • Strong expertise in labor laws, collective agreements, and HR processes.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and project management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent ability to build trust, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively.
  • Strong understanding of organizational culture and intercultural dynamics, analytical thinking, resilience, and adaptability.
  • Demonstrates agility and a proactive mindset, effectively handling nonstandard situations, supporting company changes, and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
