The Pipedrive Specialist at Creative Dock is a vital role focused on managing the Pipedrive CRM to support sales processes and user needs. This role involves handling sales and user requests, creating detailed reports, managing CRM integrations, and updating sales funnels. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient in Pipedrive, possess strong organizational skills, and be adept at meeting service level agreements (SLAs) promptly.

What we need from Pipedrive Specialist

  • Handle sales and user requests related to Pipedrive, ensuring a response time within the SLA of 2 days
  • Create, generate, and analyze reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and other key metrics using Pipedrive
  • Support the CRM manager and Sales Lead in integrations between Pipedrive and other business tools to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy
  • Regularly update and maintain sales funnels within Pipedrive to reflect current sales processes and statuses
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions within Pipedrive
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all Pipedrive records
  • Provide training and support to users on Pipedrive functionalities and best practices
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise, working with Pipedrive support as needed
  • Stay updated with the latest Pipedrive features and enhancements to continuously improve CRM usage and efficiency
  • Assist in the development and implementation of CRM policies and procedures to enhance user experience and data management
