In order to make customers fall in love with our awesome products and services, we need a great Communication Manager. The Communication Manager at is entrusted with the pivotal role of elevating the brand's visibility and ensuring it remains a leading topic of conversation within the community. This role demands a strategic, innovative approach to align trending societal topics with's mission, fostering a constant dialogue about the brand. By forging strategic relationships with media, influencers, and key societal players, the Communication Manager will ensure is perceived as a socially relevant, opinionated brand actively engaging in pertinent societal discussions. You will be reporting directly to the local CEO and be in direct touch with other members of local management team.

What will be your key responsibilities:

● Strategic Communication Planning: Design and execute the end-to-end communication strategy for in the country, ensuring alignment with the brand's mission and strategic goals.

● Media Relations & Networking: Develop solid networks with media outlets and publishing companies to secure organic and impactful media presence for the brand.

● Brand Building: Enhance brand visibility by securing media opportunities for key executives to articulate the company's mission, values, and strategies.

● Social Media Management: Lead the strategic oversight of the company’s LinkedIn and other social media platforms to ensure engaging, consistent, and mission-aligned content.

● Strategic Partnerships: Establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, associations, and partners within the food, grocery industry, and municipalities where operates.

● Community Engagement: Build a network with charities, customer influencers in the food sectors, and relevant state associations that support the same causes as, such as sustainability, healthy nutrition, and online grocery shopping.

● Crisis Management: Proactively manage potential PR crises to maintain the brand's integrity and positive public perception.

● Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with critical stakeholders and organisations to foster relationships that align with strategic objectives and societal contributions.

● Events Management: Leading end-to-end company external events and driving presence in relevant industry gatherings to secure strong share of voice.

What experience should you have:

● Education in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

● Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a communication role, with a track record of developing and implementing successful PR and media strategies.

● Skills: Exceptional communication and networking skills, adept at strategic planning, social media proficiency, and the ability to leverage current trends effectively.

● Personality Traits: Creative, proactive, capable of working under pressure, and adaptable to fast-changing scenarios, passion for social issues and aligning them with corporate goals is essential.

● Mindset - Open minded learner with passionate obsession for customers satisfaction that always raises the bar and challenges status quo to amaze Kifli customers every day.

● Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hungarian and English, with excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

● Curious adapter of technologies up to date with digital technology developments
