Process Management Specialist

Process management which includes Policies, Rules and Processes is the backbone of the way of work in Tietoevry. The Process Management Specialist will be responsible for driving the further development of Tietoevry’s Process Framework and continue transitioning ways of working to deliver on our new strategy. This includes strengthening core policies, rules and processes as well as supporting businesses to develop own business-specific processes and additional level of prescription to core processes. In addition, the process management specialist will also work on digitalizing content into new tooling and working with colleagues to define and implement additional functionality.

This role will work with process owners and managers – in Corporate Business Services and within the Businesses – across domains to support identify opportunities for process improvement, develop and implement solutions, and track results. This includes driving improvements based on findings from Internal Assessments, ISO external audits and third-party attestation activities. The Process Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining process documentation.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Write /support process owners to write policies and rules
  • Document processes and creating process maps
  • Support process owners to formulate controls and KPIs
  • Contribute to ongoing digitalization of process framework
  • Training stakeholders on ways of working under Tietoevry Process Framework - both in terms of governance, content, and digitalization
  • Advice process owners and managers on how to implement, embed and drive change management activities with their stakeholders
  • Drive awareness and contribute to compliance with ISO standards and Tietoevry corporate priorities, policies and rules internal 

What experience should you have:

  • xperience in process improvement, process management
  • analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
  • Knowledge and experience in ISO 90001
  • Good writing skill in English. Experience with writing of governing documentation in English is a plus
  • Fluency English (written and oral) 
  • Experience with digitalized process management - a plus
