Product Owner (A989) - KE remote

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager to take ownership of product backlog management, release planning and close cooperation with a Scrum team. This role plays a key part in aligning user needs, business goals and technical solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle.

What will be your key responsibilities:

incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap
manage, groom and prioritize the product backlog
create user stories and define clear acceptance criteria
set sprint goals in cooperation with the Scrum team
plan product releases, upgrades and improvements
track progress and address production issues during sprints
write and approve acceptance tests
analyze end-user needs, preferences and feedback
collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, UX, business)
continuously refine agile processes based on results and client feedback
monitor industry and product management trends

What experience should you have:

proven work experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or in a similar role
hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle
good understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban is a plus)
technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
strong communication and collaboration skills
good organizational and prioritization abilities
proactive mindset and team-oriented approach
