Product Owner (A990) - Praha: Hybrid / Remote

We are looking for a motivated Product Owner who will play a key role in shaping, developing, and operating finance-focused data platforms. This position combines strategic product ownership with hands-on technical work, particularly within Azure-based data solutions. If you enjoy translating business needs into technical solutions and want to make a real impact on data-driven decision-making, this role is for you.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business strategy and modern data-platform best practices
Work closely with business stakeholders, users, and engineering teams to ensure continuous alignment
Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog with clear scope, priorities, and expectations
Actively participate in day-to-day product development, including hands-on technical contribution (approximately 50% of the role)
Design, improve, and support data flows, pipelines, and platform enhancements
Strengthen collaboration between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clarity around what is delivered and why
Define clear acceptance criteria and ensure quality and delivery expectations are met

What experience should you have:

Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
2–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a related role
Experience in data engineering or working with data platforms
Knowledge of Azure Data Factory or similar tools is an advantage
Experience with software and data integration is a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, especially in an international environment
Ability to understand user needs and translate them into actionable improvements
Experience with Agile methodologies or relevant certification is an advantage
Strong PC skills (documents, spreadsheets, presentations)
