Product Owner, Customer Experience

We’re looking for a Product Owner to lead our Launchpad team within the Customer Experience Tribe. This role is all about driving the initiatives that make a difference for our customers and create value for our business. You’ll be setting a clear vision for the team, prioritizing the right tasks, and ensuring the team delivers impactful projects. You’ll work closely with data and insights to spot opportunities, develop concepts, and help us take customer satisfaction to the next level. As Product Owner, you’ll be the bridge across teams, keeping everyone aligned and focused on delivering a great experience for our customers.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Explore new opportunities: Proactively identify and champion opportunities to enhance the customer experience and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the team: Manage a high-performing cross-functional team that executes a mix of business tasks, bug fixes, and technical projects, ensuring consistent operational flow.
  • Manage the pipeline: Oversee and manage incoming product requests and keep the team’s backlog organized, helping the team deliver quick wins and larger projects effectively.
  • Shape the vision and roadmap: Work closely with the Tribe Lead and Product Team to define and implement a clear product vision and roadmap.
  • Optimize delivery: Work alongside the Delivery Lead and Tech Lead to ensure optimal resource allocation and effective capacity planning.
  • Communicate with stakeholders: Keep stakeholders in the loop, providing regular updates and clear communication throughout each stage of the product’s journey.

What experience should you have:

  • Experience: At least 2 years as a Product Owner or similar role, with a track record of taking ideas from concept to completion, managing backlogs, and delivering results. Understanding of trends and best practices in e-commerce is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge: Familiarity with customer experience processes. Strong technical background and understanding Agile development principles are plus.
  • Data-driven decision making: Ability to analyze data and make smart, impactful decisions based on insights.
  • Communication skills: Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities to ensure alignment and transparency across departments.
  • Innovative mindset: Ability to challenge the status quo and present creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Results-oriented: Demonstrated focus on achieving outcomes, not just following processes.
