Product Owner for WorkForce Optimization

WorkForce optimization is crucial part of Eleveo´s product portfolio. Specifically, the accent is on Quality Management processes in contact centers and backoffices (including both manual and automated evaluations), integration with Speech recognition services as well as implementation of Generative AI with various Large Language Models.

Product owner will be working on daily basis with two teams (Marcellos and Beerops) which are dedicated to deliver maximum value to the market.


What will be your key responsibilities:

• Create, prioritize and own the product roadmap (together with Product Manager)

• Communicate with internal and external customers to align the product roadmap

• Create, prioritize and own the teams backlogs

• Work with cross-functional development teams to deliver new products & maintain components already in production

• Act as a single point of contact for communicating business requirements to the teams

• Research the market and follow the latest trends in the industry

• Act as an representative for your products and bridge the communication between development team and stakeholders


What experience should you have:

• An open-minded and goal-oriented personality who loves to work with development teams

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Enduring focus on bringing maximum value for end customers

• Good presentation skills

• An experienced Product Owner to work on WFO solution (at least 2 years in PO role)

• Basic overview and real practice with Agile environment

• Know-how about the contact center business is a plus

• Technical background is a plus

• Fluent English
