Your main responsibility is capacity planning, coordination, and accuracy of the workforce volume in the warehouse. In collaboration with the warehouse manager and outbound manager, you ensure shift coverage with external staff. You plan capacities, monitor attendance, and set up new processes in the warehouse related to external workers. You prepare documents for the monthly closing, communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
What we expect from you:
Capacity planning – daily planning of work capacity and positions, weekly planning of work capacity and positions, monthly forecasts, securing guarantees with suppliers, capacity adjustments, creating orders, updating tables, overview, evidence of people pool, onboarding plan, departure record.
Reporting – updating tables and data reports
Attendance – attendance control, absence/over attendance, daily entrances and exits, preparation of entrance documents.
Performance analysis – performance analysis, control of unmeasured positions, norm changes – input and discussion, corrections in unmeasured positions, correction of errors in performance records
Visas, permits – checking the correctness of visas.
Operations – locker management, cleaning solutions, work clothes management, freezer and refrigerator supplies, creating centers, creating control accounts, penalty management
Invoicing and administration – administration and monthly billing, billing documentation, framework contracts – evidence – validity control, framework contract amendments, sublease contracts, billing control, communication with accountants, monthly closing, damage events and protocols, HACAP documentation, OSH documentation
