We are young and open-minded professionals focused on project management in the IT field. Our Project Management Office (PMO) team was formed a couple of years ago with a vision to standardize and optimize project management methodology and processes with a modern and fresh approach.

We are supporting Project Managers spread across the globe with processes, templates, and consulting services as well as our Top Management with data and overviews on project management. Beyond that, we use daily agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence while working with classical tools like SharePoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams as well.

In our work, we mostly rely on well-known methodologies and approaches such as Prince2, Prince2 Agile, and Scrum. But always trying to use common sense first.

What will be your key responsibilities:

What will you do?

You will support the PMO team with preparing data overviews; responding to requests related to project management coming from PMs, as well as other stakeholders, maintaining our project management tools; and working with us on continuously improving our project processes and templates.
