Project Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join HH Global as we grow global client in FMCG industry. We support our client with design development, production, and distribution of furniture for global coffee brands and fresh food.

We are small team with natural interest in our client’s business and their products, hence the client’s service comes on first place.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for roll out of the product based on given commercial terms to markets across Europe. Your time will be split between order execution, coordination of horizontal departments and furniture design adaptations for specific locations.

If you can imagine yourself to coordinate such projects from initial client order request to final delivery with support of production manager and horizontal departments, we want to meet you.

What will be your key responsibilities:

· Build a strong relationship with your client on a market level.

· Own all aspects of the timing of the delivery and be the main point of client contact day to day.

· Take detailed briefs from our client in conjunction with your Account Manager.

· Receive design iteration briefs from client and coordinate the execution with design team

· Deliver a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

· Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time.

· Work as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account admin and reporting.

· Work with Account Director and Account Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities.

· Manage and monitor objectives to meet key business drivers.

· Measure customer satisfaction and take appropriate action to continually exceed expectations.

What experience should you have:

· Fantastic skills at developing relationships with client.

· A great project/program manager, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Numerate with a strong commercial understanding;

· Solid time management and prioritisation skills.

· Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, with a good sense of humour.

· Is professional, courteous and calm under pressure.

· Approachable and confident to offer advice in online and physical meetings.

· Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations.

· Knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Microsoft Power Point and Solid excel skills are benefit.

· Experience in furniture industry / retail campaigns of office fit-outs are benefit.

· Experience in trouble shooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred;

· Account management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) is preferred.
