Project Manager

What will you do?

• Manage classic, hybrid, and agile projects within a complex infrastructure environment, ensuring alignment with established business and technical procedures, project management methodologies, policies, and PMO guidelines.
• Oversee the end-to-end IT delivery process of products and services within the infrastructure organization. 
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution.  
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure alignment and global implementation 

You are an ideal candidate if you possess:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, IT, or a related field. Alternatively, candidates with a proven track record of at least 5 years of experience working in similar areas will be considered
• Experience from an international company is advantageous
• Project management certifications are an advantage (Prince2 or PMP etc.)
• Knowledge of lean and agile methodologies. 
• Experience with IT infrastructure projects are benefitial
• Very good presentation, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Interest in IT surrounding technologies
• Very good English skills (C1) – communication on daily basis with other project managers and IT teams globally 
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally
• Ability to work independently, lead the hybrid project team and have a drive to deliver the projects.
• Knowledge of project management software and other relevant tools is required, e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, etc.
