⚙️Project manager - Poland🌍

Lead and manage customer projects across Poland

Develop tailor-made technical and commercial proposals, including calculations, solution design and material recommendations

Drive projects from inquiry through quotation to successful execution

Act as the link between customers and international production plants

Collaborate closely with teams in Opava, Germany, France, Belgium, Italy, Hungary and Romania

Development and control of project schedules, budgets, and milestones

Coordination of cross-functional teams (engineering, production, procurement, quality, installation, etc.)

Oversight of technical, schedule, and financial project objectives to ensure successful delivery

Risk management, change management, and resolution of project issues

Communication with customers and production teams

Monitoring project progress, reporting, and regular evaluation of project status

Build relationships with key customers in chemical processing, gas and energy industries

Present technical solutions, participate in customer meetings and industry conferences

Technical education (ideally Mechanical Engineering or similar)

Experience in industrial environments (chemical, gas or energy sectors highly valued)

Background in technical sales or project management 

Ability to understand technical documentation, calculations and engineering principles

Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage complex projects independently

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Willingness to travel

Fluent English and native Polish
