PTP Accountant FRE

PTP/AP Accountant with French and English

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Process transactions (invoices, credit notes)
  • Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
  • Post invoices into accounting system on a daily and timely basis while ensuring invoices are coded
to the correct GL accounts and cost centers
  • Prepare payments
  • Perform month-end activities and reporting
  • Analyze vendor accounts, solve negative balances
  • Reconcile vendor statements
  • Performance according to KPI, CPI and company policy
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve account discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries
  • Communicate with client, provide support and solutions
  • Communication with counterpart in Pune DC, co-ordinate the process
  • Participate on improvement and optimization projects
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and special tasks, as assigned

What experience should you have:

  • Experience in the AP area / Customer service advantage
  • English and French at a communicative level
  • User PC skills (knowledge of ERP and Lotus system can be an advantage)
  • Excel basics
  • Secondary education or higher with Accountancy / Banking / Finance background
  • F&A process understanding & accounting knowledge
