What will be your key responsibilities:
The Purchasing Manager, reporting directly to the GBS EMEA Purchasing Lead, supervises a team of Purchasing Supervisors and ensures the efficient execution of operations for the assigned business process, function or area.

- On time and quality Supplier Master Data Management (creation/change)
- On time and quality Material Master Data Management (creation/change)
- Manage the flow of Purchase Order Processing cycle for both Indirect and Direct Business
- Ensure regular as well as ad hoc reporting packages for open POs vs Past Delivery and action follow
- RFQ Support Activities in accordance with applicable policies and in alignment with BU/Commodity
Requirements
- Monitor Supplier Performance and produce relevant metrics and reports
- Liaise with Finance for any issue related to PO discrepancies or any other related Finance matter
- Liaise with Bus, Plants, Commodities Buyers for any related Purchasing Support Activities identified
- Proactively work with EMEA Management to stabilize Transition(s) and further identify areas for
- AoB pertaining the area in the assigned scope
What experience should you have:

Business education degree or adequate professional experience focusing on Business Management, Procurement, or related
6+ years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, Min 5 years of experience with leading people and developing people
Our new Manager should possess the following skills:

6+ years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, Min 5 years of experience with leading people and developing people
- Strong process knowledge in a relevant area
- People Management, Recruitment, Performance management, Coaching, Talent Development
- MS-Office Package strong literacy
- ERP experience is a must (SAP preferred)
