Rebate Controller Europe - 1 year contract

We are looking for a Rebate Controller for Europe to join our Shared Service Centre in Prague. In this role, you will manage sales-related accruals and work closely with our Business Controller to ensure accuracy and efficiency of our processes. Your responsibilities will include, among others, reconciliation of GL accounts, preparation of monthly reports, monitoring compliance with IFRS and company procedures, maintenance of master data in SAP, preparation of credit notes for rebates, and participation in audit preparation.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, or 3+ years of working experience in a complex finance role.
• Work experience: At least 2 years in a similar role or 3-4 years in accounting/controlling with PnL.
• Software proficiency: MS Office, advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Language skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken - German, Spanish or French is a big plus.
• Communication skills: Strong communicator, capable of engaging with stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical skills: Strong analytical prowess.
• Attention to detail: Meticulous and deadline-driven.
• Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks.

• Fixed-term employment contract for 1 year, with a quarterly bonus scheme.
