Recruiter Operations

As a Recruiter, you will be tasked with finding blue collar workers in accordance with the company's guidelines and managing the entire recruitment process. The scope of work will include the preparation of reports and the support of the HR team.

Kifli’s team is growing dynamically, for this growth we need an experienced recruiter with a dynamic personality who is happy to interview for a variety of positions: where we are looking for a baker, where we are a stock manager, and where we are a marketing manager. It is important that you love working with people and be flexible enough, because with us, as our customers' needs change, so do our processes.


Mi lesz a legfontosabb feladata:

  •  Coordinate all recruitment activities for Operations - from posting an ad to a sent out offer
  •  Ability to perform thorough candidate assessment (Culture fit, soft skills, relevant knowledge)
  • Support and consult with hiring managers on job descriptions, talent market information, hiring trends, and recruiting best practices
  •  Manage good working relationship with agencies
  •  Support reporting needs and activities, providing metrics and feedback.
  •  Manage various side-projects at HR Operation related to process improvement from start to finish
  • Talent mapping
  • Hard administration skills

Milyen tapasztalatokkal kell rendelkeznie:

  •  High energy, positive personality with can-do mentality
  • min.3 years relevant experience
  • Combination of agency and in-house experience preferred.
  • Resourceful, determined, collaborative approach with a strong sense of urgency
  • Recognized as pro-active and self-directed.
  •  Someone with passion for high level of customer orientation
  • Background in Recruitment specifically hiring professionals across Operations (Warehouse, Transport, Facility)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Ability to work independently, ownership, and step in to support the team when necessary
  •  Language expertise (Hungarian & English)
