Recruitment Specialist with Dutch

We are looking for experienced recruiters for Dutch team into friendly and flexible environment. If you have some experience from HR or recruitment and if you want to learn new things, feel free to contact me. We can offer you very good internal training, interesting benefits and very good salary.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • you will be responsible for end to end recruitment process within Dutch region
  • you will create advertisement on several websites and you will be in daily touch with candidates
  • you will have various portfolio of roles from all fields of business (HR, finance, admin, logistics, etc...)
  • you will be in touch with hiring managers for all roles to give them feedback about job market and to help them find the right fit into the team
  • you will lead interviews with potential newcomers and you will introduce them the company and specific job offers
  • you will also create offer letters and you will discuss with candidates potential start date and salary

What experience should you have:

  • current experience in recruitment at least 6 months
  • very good level of client care and communication
  • fluent English and Dutch
  • experience with any kind of HR SW will be a big advantage
  • strong, independent and reliable person
  • orientation on detail and on the result
