REGIONAL SALES MANAGER/ACCOUNT MANAGER

Sales manager will get the opportunity to run sales in the region of Europe with the focus of Germany. 

What will be your key responsibilities:

Our client is TOP TIER 1 producer for automotive industry. 

Your activities will include:

  • Hunting for new opportunities with the area (70%) - you may build up customer base by starting with the porfolio of our customers in our different divisions
  • You will closely work with an purchasing and customer care departments as a part of the sales cycle
  • You will definitely manage Cost management - Pricing - Calculations
  • Primiraly, you will be responsible for sales volume, revenue and profitability goals, following up on price offers you amed to customers
  • As a great relationship builder, you will etablish professional relationships with our customers

What experience should you have:

The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. If you are competitive, financially motivated and capable of teaching your strategies to a team, we’re excited to talk with you.


  • Ideally you have an bachelor’s degree in Technical area, Chemistry or similar
  • More than 3 years technical sales experience in technical company (plastics industry is a plus)
  • Experience within sales of adhesives is a big plus 
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, extroverted personality, well organized.
  • You demonstrated ability to develop new business and achieve profitable sales in highly competitive markets.
  • Must be able to travel to customer sites and other required travel 
  • Skilled in the use of basic computer software, including word-processing and spreadsheets.
  • German is a MUST + any of the communicating level of English. Slovak/Czech
  • Demonstated experience with calculations, price offers, cost management is a MUST
  • Extensive experience working with the automotive industry is a plus.
  • You build relationships and netowrk with people
