Reporting manager

Create and coordinate the preparation and release of Human Resources (HR) and management reports for internal customers within Deutsche Telekom Group. 

What will be your key responsibilities:

• Dataset preparation – key performance indicators (KPI) calculation, query building (e.g. i Cubes, Tabular models, SQL, Analysis for Office, SAP HANA Studio)
• Report visualization in frontend tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Think Cell, Power BI, SAP Analytical Cloud)
• Performing monthly delivery of complex reporting products • Quality assurance – logical and technical checks implementation, deltas verification (KPI validation process)
• Performing of HR report changes and rebuilds (e.g. YE conversion, changes in reporting and business structures)
• Driving process improvements, automation, digitalization, efficiency
• Active participation on projects, preparing of presentations for management
• Training activities within the team on certain topics and processes
• Working in international teams 


We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with the possibility of working from home , but twice a week we meet in the office in Košice or Bratislava for meetings.

The published salary is the minimum possible offer.

The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

What experience should you have:

Education:
University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Economics/Accounting/Business Informatics

Experience:
2 years of relevant experience (reporting/controlling/analysis/BI tools)

Language knowledge:
English (fluent) and German (beneficial)

Reporting skills:
Data Warehousing (ability to collect data from different information sources) - advanced
Data Analytics (interpretation and classification of data; ability to process and present data to the recipient in an intelligible format) - advanced
Concept Development (focus on end-to-end perspective; from idea to implementation) - basic

IT skills:
MS Excel – advanced

BI tools:
Data analysis tools (e.g. Analysis for Office, MS Access, SQL) – advanced
Data visualization tools (e.g. PowerPoint, ThinkCell, PowerBI, SAP Analytical Cloud, etc.) – basic

Other skills:
Knowledge of the relevant economic and financial figures and facts
Communication and presentation skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to plan and organize work
Knowledge of concept and principles of agile methods of working
Structured and independent work approach and analytical skills
Adaptability and flexibility
Strong sense of responsibility
High attitude towards quality
Customer orientation & ability to work in a team
