• Dataset preparation – key performance indicators (KPI) calculation, query building (e.g. i Cubes, Tabular models, SQL, Analysis for Office, SAP HANA Studio)
• Report visualization in frontend tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Think Cell, Power BI, SAP Analytical Cloud)
• Performing monthly delivery of complex reporting products
• Quality assurance – logical and technical checks implementation, deltas verification (KPI validation process)
• Performing of HR report changes and rebuilds (e.g. YE conversion, changes in reporting and business structures)
• Driving process improvements, automation, digitalization, efficiency
• Active participation on projects, preparing of presentations for management
• Training activities within the team on certain topics and processes
• Working in international teams
We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with the possibility of working from home , but twice a week we meet in the office in Košice or Bratislava for meetings.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
