Providing reporting solutions for internal customers within Deutsche Telekom Group, in this case fo DT GK team, mostly focusing on providing reports in Power BI platform, using MS Report server, Power Query and MS PBI and Excel, SQL. Main responsibilities are: data anaysis, anaysis of customer requirements, data collection, dataset preparation, data modeling, design of reports' visualization, data quality assurance, managing reporting projects for B2B customer.
• design of reporting solution (data sources analysis, defining reporting structure, ensuring security and compliance regulations, etc.)
• acting as bridge between business (years of experience in DT) and data mgmt.
• advanced data modeling & DAX expert, optimization of complex data models
• data engineering skills, data transformation, proficiency in Power Query (M language)
• integration skills, from various data sources (SQL, APIs, SharePoint, Excel, Data Lakes, etc.)
• visualization expertise, data understanding, storytelling, tailoring reports to executive and operational users
• architecture and governance skills, USM, security levels implementation
• communication expert, working closely with business users, product managers, data engineers, developers, mgmt.
• DevOps, toolkits, editors, deployments, sources control, errors handling
• Power Platform knowledge, Integration with Power Automate, Power Apps, Databricks; deployments
• Driving process improvements, automation, digitalization, efficiency
We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with possibility of home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
Education:
University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Economics/Accounting/Business Informatics or Information Technology
Experience:
4 years of relevant experience (reporting/controlling/analysis/BI tools)
Language knowledge:
English (fluent) and German (beneficial)
Reporting skills:
Data Warehousing (ability to collect data from different information sources) – advanced
Data Analytics (interpretation and classification of data; ability to process and present data to the recipient in an intelligible format) – expert
Concept Development (focus on an end-to-end perspective; from idea to implementation) – advanced
IT skills:
MS Excel – advanced
BI tools:
Data analysis tools (e.g. Analysis for Office, MS Access, SQL) – advanced
Data visualization tools (e.g. PowerPoint, ThinkCell, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, SAP Analytical Cloud, etc.) – advanced
SAP (especially Modules FI/CO/BW/BI/FC) - beneficial
