RPA Developer

This is Your chance to become a  part of the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team within the IT department, supporting to develop RPA and programs to promote business process automation.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Promote the business process automation through communication with business representative business requirements, providing analysis and developing plans
  • Execute feasibility studies, validating the solutions and sharing them with the other IT areas
  • Support demand analysis, Automation product delivery and operations related to the Automation, ensuring knowledge is maintained internally
  • Verify the coherence of the solution technology with IT strategy
  • Manage the life cycle of the solutions
  • Manage the program inventory developed by IT and Business
  • Support user trainings of automation tool
  • Ensure/Monitor effective availability and use of solutions

What experience should you have:

  • A fluent English, both written and spoken, is considered a key skill to work at global level
  • Experience:
    – 2 or more years of experience in a similar role
    – Business process analysis
    – IT services operations
  • Skills/competencie
    – RPA tool (Automation Anywhere is preferred)
    – Automation Anywhere Certification is a plus
    – Ability to work in DevOps environment and understanding of RPA software lifecycle and maintenance
    – Proficiency in scripting skills, i.e. VB, python
    – Knowledge and understanding of programming languages (C++, .NET, …) and software troubleshooting methodology
    – Understanding of SQL
    – Knowledge of Jira
    – Capability to collect business requirements and to automate using Automation Anywhere
    – Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
    – familiar with project management methodologies

    – knowledge of IT services
