Sales Manager

Our Omega division is looking for a skilled Sales Manager to join in on the adventure.

What will be your key responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for building a network of clients of varying characters and sizes with a wide array of needs. You will frequently contact clients to identify business needs and promote proper solutions based on SAP S4 HANA Public Cloud Edition to address them. You will also frequently contact our key technology partners to co-sell and co-market joint solutions.

We are looking for someone who takes leadership in developing new and fostering existing business relations with clients and consults the customers on the economic aspects of a project.

What experience should you have:

What we expect:

  • Sufficient experience as a Sales Manager/Director with a proven track record of successful closings (selling SAP ERP solutions)
  • Business/technical know-how of SAP Cloud ERP Systems and ability to steer client discussion towards final solution.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify and open new opportunities, mature them and convert them into running projects,
  • Ability to build a sustainable pipeline on devoted markets.
  • Great commercial skills and excellent negotiation abilities
  • Independence in discovering the client's business goals and ability to act as first-line of consulting for the client
  • Perfect communication and presentation skills in English and German
  • Good overview of trends in the world of digital experience solutions, business, and e-commerce
  • Precision, reliability, and consistency

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience with operating in DACH markets
  • Understanding the realities around solution development, licensing and overall constraints and applying them actively in deal definition
  • Ability to consult customer on Enterprise Architecture overview
  • Willingness to travel
