Sales Manager _Flat & Long Steel Products

CE Industries is a dynamic industrial group focused on strategic investments, manufacturing, and the development of industrial businesses across Europe. For our German branch, CEI Germany, we are looking for an experienced sales professional who will take responsibility for developing sales of flat and long steel products across Western European markets.

We are seeking a senior sales professional with a proven track record in selling flat and/or long steel products. The ideal candidate should have a strong network among distributors, service centers, and end customers, as well as the ability to strategically develop business activities in the assigned regions (Germany, Austria)


What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Actively develop business opportunities across Western European markets
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships while acquiring new business partners
  • Sell flat and long steel products to distributors, service centers, and end customers
  • Create and implement commercial strategies for individual markets
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and commercial potential
  • Cooperate with internal teams on capacity planning and tonnage allocation
  • Negotiate commercial terms and long-term contracts
  • Represent the company at business meetings and industry events

What experience should you have:

  • Proven experience in selling flat and/or long steel products
  • Strong knowledge of the German and Austrian
  • Established network within the steel industry
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop go-to-market strategies
  • Self-driven personality with strong ownership and results orientation
  • Professional fluency in English and German is required
  • Willingness to travel across the region
