Sales Manager - German

Our customer is a platform-based service aiming to connect private individuals who want to make extra-money by delivering products with Retailers that want to reach their customers in a fast and flexible way. They operate currently in 7 countries and have more than 3000 retail partners and an active community of more than 200.000 customers. They are looking for an experienced sales-oriented Account Manager (m/f/d) to join their growing team in Germany.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Mastering our clients service idea and benefits/main sales arguments for different verticals
  • Contacting prospects customers from a defined territory/vertical
  • Entering and updating records from prospects and deals in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Doing field sales and actively visiting potential customers on site
  • Following up with all qualified leads in an innovative and assertive manner
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Account management for all closed clients
  • Collaborating closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to execute strategies for generating new clients and target accounts
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly objectives defined by the company
  • Weekly reporting with the tasks executed (visits and calls)

What experience should you have:

  • Fluency in German (C2) and good command in English (B2)
  • Few years of professional experience in sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solver mindset and goal oriented
  • Proactive and self-learner action-taker
  • Experience with CRM (Hubspot is preferred) and other sales automation or prospecting tools
  • You have an eye for new markets and opportunities
  • Knowledge on selling B2B services
  • Passion for sales
